You are a newb here, you don't know everything, and you just said that headers won't add more hp than RR's and a CAI if that's not reason enough to bag on you - the fact that you obviously have not done the research in the dyno threads nor do you really know that RR's and a CAI net on a stock engine.
I don't care what you have in your car you don't know about everyone else's setup nor what gains they'll get from any given mod. To have LT's one must have an ORY or something equivalent and so even thru a stock cat-back the gains come out to somewhere near 15-25rwhp. RR's and a CAI will net you maybe 10rwhp.

idk how you are only pulling those times. i ran a 13.7 when my car was completely stock except for a k&n drop in filter. my car just turned over 97k miles. i guess the lowish mileage helps. im pretty much running the same setup you are except i have blown shocks all the way around and i dont have an aftermarket shifter or 1.6s. it may be your elevation or maybe you got a bad tune. who knows
