Idle Problems
Anyways, idle should be 600-800rpms. So might want to check those hard plastic lines for a vacuum leak as well, along with everything else. PCV, IAC, IAT, TPS and maybe if the EGR is stuck open a bit (not sure if that'd cause it though)

BTW, not sure if your motor has 2, and how much it matters, but my 93 had a PCV in the pass VC as well as the normal one in the intake Driver side.

Guess I'd check the cables at the starter too just to make sure, and the ground to the body.
