Depends on what gears you have in it now. 2.73s = 2 and 3.23 = 3.

Yea..look in the Glove Box for the Code Panel and see what is says. Look for a GU2 or a GU5. Another way is to look at your Shift Column, do you have a 1st Gear that you can manually put it into?

If it's 2.73's, it will be a 2-Series Carrier.

So say you have a 2 series carier and you want to go with 3.73's what do you need to get to make this happen? and how much does it cost to swap gears?

You need to get the thick gears, which are made to fit a 2 series,
I know richmond and motive make them, i would recommend this for a 2 series

or you can use a spacer and use 3 series gears

How thick are the Spacers? Personally I would want as much threads into the Gear that I can get..

They make both series 2 and 3 in about every gear size! Go with richmond or motive.

2 series ring gears are thicker then 3 series

using a spacer with a 3 series gear for a 2 series carrier would make up the difference

I checked in the glove compartment and it said GU2. So is that a 2 or 3 series?

GU2 = 2.73 which means you have 2 series
