More like a mid 13 second, 250-280hp car.
looks like a nice clean ride, but I dont really think its worth the money. People can now buy a decently modded lt1 for that price with full bolt ons and a cam.

I figured if I implied that I was interested, he would be more determined to show the slips, IF he even has them

"I know I have the time slips somewhere, I will check on dyno sheets. I am selling the car for a friend going thru a divorce. The car is at my storage biz with all the paperwork and reciepts for work done etc."
I wish eBay and my Yahoo account weren't all wacky. I don't get PM notices in my email so I tend to forget. Thankfully this thread reminds me.

yea i got a reply to. he said he was selling it for a divorced friend and he will put up pics of time slip tonight. he was calling me a jerk 2. all i said is if that has 400 hp then i have well over 400 hp. (i have less mods but i gues you can say i was being a lil bit of a jerk

It does say "ect." so who knows.
There's also more info posted (he was taking this from memory):
"The car ran 11.3 @ 119mph with a 1.6 60 foot on street slicks. That puts the car in the 400 whp range with it's curb weight."
So basically, he (or they) are getting the HP rating off the track time, which isn't exactly the best way to go about it since a great driver can result in awesome times for a less powerful car.

First off, if he is selling it for a friend & there are a TON of Qs about the car, why is he playing middle man, just let the potential buyers ask the owner, theres no way that car is putting down 11.3s, even on 1.6 short times, plus he never listed a converter (it does list its an auto), So even with 3.42 gears, do you think 1.6 60fts. are doable? I don't know. Another thing is that MPH

haha thats a joke. he is only selling it for a 'friend' because he knows those numbers and times are bs and he doesnt want to be held liable for them so he is pawning it off saying someone else told him all that. that car is maybe a high 12 with slicks.
