longtubes with cutouts vs mid lengths with cutouts i currently have a 97 trans am with pacesetter long tube headers and i want to install electric cutouts on my car. i have a friend with longtubes and electric cutouts on his 95 camaro which is a stock ride height like mine and he said he has had a lot of scraping issues. can you shed your opinion on this is you know anything and another thing i was wondering was if i wanted to put electric cutouts on it if switching to mid lengths would prevent doing any fabrication such as cutting and welding seeing as i dont want to have to do that.
