Can anyone tell me can you bore a LT1 60 thousands safely?

I would say you can if you tripple check the block, and it check out then yes. These things were not designed to be taken out that far and quite a few have slight casting imperfections that may not allow it to go that far safely. search on "core shift" to find out more...

i wouldnt push it that far, but a larger bore shouldnt hurt it. .60 over if your going to do a complete rebuild and strengthen everything.
