LT's install, easier from top or bottom?

What headers are you installing and how thick is the flange...
The length of bolt to use may depend on the flange...
for pacesetters i would use 1" bolts because of the 3/8" flange and you want the most thread to thread contact that you can get...
if it's a 1/4" inch flange then i would say that the 3/4" bolts will do fine...

You need the extensions for the front sensors because the bungs on the headers are too far away for the factory wiring... the sims are for the 2 rear sensors...

I would think about getting some gaskets, i have no experience using the pacesetter gaskets but heard they were good and bad so i got some percy's for like 30 bucks from summit. other than that i think you got it covered. oh yeah go in from the bottom.

Yes get the percy's, the cardboard crap comes with pacesetters.

Mine slid right in through the top with no problems...I had the valve covers off.

felpro 1406's with 1" stage 8 locking bolts- rule! i just took my percy's off cuz they suck *** and leak like gangrene...
