I see no suspension mods listed, No amount of horsepower is going to get you down the track unless you can put it to the ground..A customer of mine had a "Bone Stock" LT1, He worked all of the suspension First before he ever touched the motor, All he had was headders, a trans brake and a 2800 stall, Car ran 13.00 Flat...

moe on your customers lt1 did he have a 4L60e? i heard you couldn't put a transbrake on those unless using a 700r4 valve body. is this true?

Yes it was a 700r4..Fully manual..
