I'm not sure what this has to do with LT1 modifications. Perhaps a mod could move it to the lounge. You would get more responses there.

I'd recommend going to college if the military isn't for you. College was a great experience for me and really helped me in so many ways.

I wouldnt go into the military these days. I would look around at your friends parents or adults you know and ask them how to get started in a field they are having sucess in. If you like being outside and making good money ($25/hr) you could look into CEI inspection (construction engineering inspcetion) and you are the guy who monitors all the construction at jobsites. They hire fresh with no experience and start around $15 and go as high as $27-30hr. Easy work sitting in your truck all day over looking projects. PM me if you want more details. I fell into this job after having my own business and I love this job. If it rains, you got a day off too.

Do what you "want" to do man... I'm turning 30 this year, and going back to school to become an autobody tech, since my parents and highschool guidance counsellors convinced me that Business was what I should do when I was your age... I have a degree in Business, and was a Marketing Co-Ordinator for several years, and ABSOLUTELY HATED IT!!! I now realize, I should have done what I "WANTED" to do in the first place, and that's work on cars. Going on 30, and my third career... Wish I hit the nail on the head the first time...

i have 3 yrs active Army and 8.5 years Army guard and my recommendation would be to go to the air reserve or air guard... The Army is ok but when i deployed to an Airbase for security force protection i saw the other side of the fence and let me tell ya brother the grass is definenty greener... definently further your education... the military will pay for most universities...

hey man i graduated just like you and didnt know what i was going to do, college was the last thing on my mind i hated school so i went into the army for 4 years it was fun and cool you will meet some interesting people and i traveled more than i wanted to but there were civilian people doing the same job i done military overseas making 3 to 4 times more money than me. Needless to say i got out of the military and fell into a well paying job and am about to go back to school on the army's expense all in all i would say the military is worth it but weigh out your options man its a whole world out there..........

When my first year was over i decided i didnt want to work on cars everyday as a job...i just wanted to be a hobby. Now im a Correctional Officer and the state is paying for me to go back to school for my degree in Criminal Justice. Im happy where im at. Just dont get ahead of yourself...and good luck

i did my college time and it's definitely worth it. you still have to take all the bs classes like math, english, psychology, music or art etc... if you didn't like high school and didn't do well i'd suggest focusing on a technical school. there you don't have to take a bunch of extra bs classes. the careers you learn at these technical schools like plumbing, electrical, heating/ac, etc... pay a good deal of money after a few years of learning the ropes. also you can do jobs on the side and make even more money. whatever you choose to do get yourself a career.

i graduated this year. i though i wanted to be a mechanic but after 2 years of auto class in high school i changed my mind. it wouldent be soo bad if every single thing fought you. the thing that sucks is that i messed up high school so i have no choice but to go to a tech school until my grades get better so i can transfer....i want to be a engineer.

sometimes I'm amazed people even find the right letters on the keyboard, let alone the right section to post in.

I just got my A.A.S in auto tech, and I wish I had gotten an A.S so it would have been easier for me to transfer into my auto engineering bachelors program. Now I must spend at least a year taking gen ed classes that I didn't take much of during my A.A.S to transfer. Point is, if you want to go far in this country, an education is a sure fire way to do it. But be sure to plan everything out and don't just jump into it. I'm alright with it though, because I love school lol.
