lt1 question need answers

lt1 question need answers this is easy for those who have done this.
if i delete the air pump and remove the egr system and plug off everything with block off plates of course my check engine light will come on. but...........will my car run like crap during start up, all the time. will i need to delete this crap out with a tuner. thanks to all
