I just installed an AC delete pulley and left all the lines intact, in case I ever want to go back to AC.

looks great but the question is did anybody ever split the case in half and just take out the evap and put the box back with the blower motor assembly in tact.

in other words it will be a non a/c car with heat only like a factory type car.

Why run that big chunk of **** in there when there is nothing in it..?
Even the 1LE Cars that did only have Heat still had a Delete Panel.

Here is what I have..
You have to cut out some plastic and make a pathway for the Air from the Blower Motor..if you don't you will have no heat.

It's about 40lbs.. I don't know about with the Engine in the Car.. I'm sure it can be done, but that will be a feat..that's a tight spot.

Yes, that panel.

Also when I take the dash out to remove the passenger airbag, the whole evap box should come out from the inside, correct?

Yea, that whole box comes out from the inside.

As far as the Panel goes, I think BMR makes one..

We do offer a A/c delete panel for your application. The panell uses all of the stock air box mounting holes to make the installation as clean and easy as possible. The panel can be found here
