Miss?
Miss? There's a pretty noticeable miss in the Trans Am. It's an LT1, OBD1 car. A4, stock motor, 80k on the clock. It started a few days after I brought it home from the track.

I scanned the car using some free scan tools via my laptop. Here's some screenshots:
I smelled something burn on the driver side when it was running, and I inspected the plug wires. They all looked healthy so I assumed it was a little more of that plastic thing by the steering linkage that happens to lay right next to the header.
I have noticed an issue that could either be related to the battery, alt, or maybe starter? Basically, the car is a little slow starting if I let it sit for over a day. At night when it is most noticeable, I see the power cut out for a split second. The headlights, dash lights, and shifter lights all cut out and it makes me think I'm crazy. I don't know if its a bad ground or what, but it has always done that on occasion.
I'm looking for a direction, here. I'm assuming I should pull a couple plugs and inspect those next, and possible check it out with a timing light. Just seeing if anyone else had any issues like this as well.
I'm ready to just buy a set of Taylors, red top battery, 200 amp alternator, and a new starter and just go from there.
