She fired after 7 months!! Last night was the true test for me, this was the first engine that i fully assembled by my self and believe me i was nervous as hell.. The first crank told me right away the battery was **** lol so put in the girls battery from her 93.. The second crank told me the oil pressure sending unit wasn't hooked up lol pegged the needle and wouldn't start.. Then the third crank was the test, she fired right up like she had never missed a beat in the last 7 months.. I know this is kinda long but to see me baby rolling again under her own power was great.. And damn she sounded good flowing out the open long tubes...
Awesome...I'm about done with my build and I've been out for 7 weeks this coming friday. I went 383 stroker with high compression and a mid size cam...looking for 380rwhp on stock heads and 415ishrwhp on a ported set...
