You can remove the EGR valve and the EGR tube and block them off using block off plates.
You can remove the air pump and off of the tubing and block/cap everything off with block off plates.
All related vacuum lines can be removed and the ports can be vacuum capped off.
Be careful not to mix up AIR & EGR stuff with EVAP stuff, this should no be removed.
Note: You will see zero performance gains, this is purely a cosmetic mod.

you can remove anything you want, it is your car, at least that is how I look at it...
Then again if you have to deal with inspection and emmisions then you may want to keep a few things on there...

That's what I did. It started off slowly and I pulled the AIR, then later when I did headers I pulled the EGR, at some point I pulled the Cruise control and traction control, then I moved to a low mount alt and pulled the wires to all other accessories. At some point when I pull the motor I will rerun everything to look a little neater, but right now it took a lot of that crap out of the way and I will be pulling the ABS and power brakes soon to get even more clutter out of there...
