Please Help!!!!!

hey guy's i need some help with my friends 95 t/a the problem is that the car has no power and doesnt sound like a v8 at all, it's not spark b/c the car runs really smooth but for some reason the car has no power and it's running lean and it also sounds like a v6 with a mean grunt to it, the car had a motor swap and the motor we put in had 50,000 miles on it but it's not the motor it is something with his car i dont know if it is fuel related or if it could be spark related and the weirdest thing is that it runs so smooth and doesnt miss and has no hesitation i thought it could be the wiring harness but im not sure, if anyone has any suggestions on why his car might be doing this i would appreciate it i know a lot about lt1's but i suck at troubleshooting them ill also post a link to the video later on tonight
