You're right, it's very close to me and I love that

But honestly, even if I lived on one of the coasts, I would still understand why and agree that the middle of the country is the most fair for everyone.

Because of the economy we could not bring a few cars from the WEST coast but hey we were trying like hell and we STILL flew in to support and give stuff out.

This horse has been beat to death and KCIR is a VERY fair place to go IMHO.

Life is tough if you want to make the most of it step up and play!

BTW I say this KNOWING it is over 2,400 miles from my door

God I need to beat the person senseless who assembled my tranny that let go on the dyno a week prior to the shootout....

get it fixed, and promptly run 10.60 on the motor.... I could've probably dominated the Outlaw class too.....

I'll find out on August 8th when I bring my car to the track on spray

SNIFF SNIFF...... can't believe I missed the opportunity.... oh well.

You, Tony, Ellis, Sykora, Gilbert, Norquest, etc

And I blew a head gasket in the 1st rd of qualifying.

Next year ought to be interesting

I was going to try to run with the big dogs, but ended up cracking my block in the 2nd round of qualifying!

Hopefully I'll have both wheels in the air after you rework my AFRs this fall and I go to a SR for next season!

Man I cant wait for next year! I will be there!
Also I think Chicago would be a great place to have an event like this. Lots of fast cars around here and right in the middle

Yeah i am hoping to get a little more wieght out of the car. heck an other 120Lbs would be perfect. One of the light wieght mods I hope to use is a new CM Burkart Fab 9 with new sway bar

I am pretty sure the way it sit I can get it down to 10.8s off the juice. Not enough to dominate but as we have seen in the past the fastests car does not always win Going rounds with out breaking does

Hopefully I'll make a better showing also. Some weight loss and better tuneing will be my friends. I missed making the magazine by one spot! Oh well, still had fun.
