Default Advanced Induction 185cc/190cc pkgs

Anyone running either package from A.I.~ 185cc or 190cc LT1 package? Need some feedback before I make my final decision to send my heads to them for work.

Caprice is running their 190cc package with great success. The 190cc has been surpassed by their newer 200cc package.

Do have to pass smog where you are at? I need to pass the sniffer so thats my biggest concern.

When it comes to smog, heads aren't your main concern with heads/cam, the cam is.

I ran Ai 190cc heads and am now swaping to an LS3 crate motor with ported L92s by them. Some results are in my sig. from my old setup.

No I do not have to deal with smog testing. The difference would be in the cam. The current 200cc is a better package they will make it work well and pass emissions for those who need to worry about such.

Just tell them that you need the cam to pass smog and they should be able to take care of you. The cam is really the determining factor in emission testing.

I do not have dyno numbers, but based on weight and performance it is 390-410rwhp, on a mailorder tune with a mechanical wp. Fastest time is actually through full exhaust and 1 5/8" midlength headers.

Very cool. What are the specs of your cam?

Well they ask customers not to reveal exact specs, but it is mid 220s on the intake and under .570 lift with the 1.6 rockers. They know I intended to drive the snot out of it and set it up for long term reliability. I honestly bought just months too soon, the 200cc have better springs and valves than what I got.

No worries..I will be happy with a solid reliable 360-385 rwp street car. Appreciate the info. Glad to see they are putting out good work.

We have a bunch of strokers and H/C cars passing Wa State smog. The cam IS the key as well as the tune
