if you wanna shift at a higher RPM, there are better catalog cams and a custom cam can improve even more over them.
The CC 503 (224/230 112 LSA) is a good choice for still passing emissions and work with that gear/stall. It will pull to 6200 RPM or so.
Others will work for you but these are the most common catalog cams that will pass emissions.

This cam is mild enough to pass emisions easily unless the tune is off or other problems are presnt (dirty MAF, leaks in elbow between TB and MAF, exhaust leaks, clogged inj, bad o2's, etc, etc).

I would do a good Yank/Vigilante stall converter (if A4) and exhaust system before a cam as well if it were me.
