Is this worse than i think it is?

Im worried that i may have an opti issue or something ignition related. i know that the wires aren't touching and i know that everything is hooked up right. i also forgot to mention that i have a check engine light that wasn't on during the first few starts but it is now, but i don't have access to a scanner right now i may stop by a shop and have them check codes tomorrow

check engine light went off today on the way to exhaust shop but still ran terribly so had the exhaust installed then was attemting to limp it home but decided to park it and pull the plug where the injector was unconnected and found a fouled plug so i bought a new plug and then car ran like a champ ran about a half a tank through it tonight just roaming the town couple of cruises down main street and a few hard pulls car is real strong now and more drivable than before (very little cam surge)
