My theory is to put the best heads you can afford on the car and then have the cam determine the rpm level you want to keep it in. You could have the 200cc's with say a 210 intake duration cam and be hitting only like 6200rpm, the rpm's are really determined by the cam. I have LE2's which are like the 200cc's with a 224 intake duration cam and I have my shiftpoints set to 6400.

Sounds similar to my set-up. Lloyds heads before he had stages. 195cc intake runner with a 222/226 cam. Shift points being 6400. Didn't want to spin the stock shortblock any higher than that.

Yea very similar I just have a newer version of what you got basically a little more cc on the intake runner and a cam designed by Bret Bauer instead Joe O. Makes for a pretty nice setup!

Haha your welcome to drive out to PA to do that! I finished it a while ago and the thing has a tick I think a lifter tick but I haven't paid any attention to it I figure I'll fix it over the winter. The car drives amazingly I lied I took it out once lol but just sitting until I get things straight with it.
