radiator can be clogged or water pump issues when my car over heated i changed the radiator and water pump and put the slp manual fan switch

If your fans work, I would just buy a new radiator or find someone who can flush it out. I replaced everything in my cooling system to only find out that the mechanic didnt flush out the radiator correctly and i spent a lot of money for nothing.

what in the f are you talking about??? headers will not cause your engine to overheat. in fact headers will take more heat/exhaust out of the engine than stock manifolds. thats why you see a hp increase.... more efficient.

does it quickly overheat or does it take a few minutes?
if it quickly overheats your water pump may be out. put a long screw driver to the water pump and put your ear on it to see if you can hear the wp spinning. pop off the rad cap and see if coolant is flowing too.
the heater core may be clogged also. its a common failure on lt1s. pull it and check it out. i found a hand full of sand and goo in mine when mine was overheating.
