no hose? why?

no hose? why? OOH, something i have to tell you guys....i saw under my intake theres this small like...1/8" diameter lookin pipe with a cone-lookin tip, it looks like it should have a hose on it leading somewhere, but idk where that hose goes to...may someone explain to me where this hose possibly goes? it comes off about 1.5" off the bottom of the manifold, just below the air intake pipe/plastic piece.
what would it go to, why is it unplugged, it confuses me and yeah..

Looks like someone did the TB coolant bypass before you got the car, if thats what your describing.
Its a coolant channel that runs through the throttle body, supposed to make cold startups easier with the heat circulating through the TB. But we all know that it saps horsepower by heating the incoming air. We dont want that now do we

o well...back to thinking about stuff. 
Did this pipe come from the front center of the lower part of the intake and wrap around to the driverside of the manifold and go to a PCV valve near the center? see below pic...
