Good luck with that set up! I had a chain with 8K miles on it and thought it would be good. When we checked it, it had way too much slack in it.
And that was a brand-new Lunati (rebranded GM) timing set I had installed only a year previous.
And don't forget to degree that cam when you install it.
It's a hell of a lot easier to check it now, then to pull your hair out later
trying to figure out why you cam doesn't act the way it should.
Offset bushings are cheap and any machine shop can drill the offset without to much trouble.
(Don't expect to penetrate powdered metal timing sets with your cordless drill)
