he and I have been friends for a while, and we have talked cars a lot. He likes muscle cars, but is more into driving imports himself. He just happened into about 8 or 9 million he wasn't counting on from a real estate thing. Thought I was just having him order me some parts because he has a hook up, then I pulled out my check book, and he says "Merry Christmas." I said "damn I should have put a rear end and suspension **** in there too..." Then he asks me what I want for that... **** yeah.

Moser 12 bolt, Call Lloyd for the sick heads/cam, and the suspension? Well, it depends on what you want to do with it....

Are we road racing or stripping (Hahahaa, I know...)

I want more of a road racing set up. I am not taking her to the drag strip but a few times a year... and when there, I am not too worried about times.

Hahaha, not a road racing guy myself either but...

Well, with road racing your going to want some of the lighter items for the weight. Where I went with solid swaybars ect, your going to want hollow. I have heard great things about UMI performance helping people build some mean suspension setups, so if you dont know too much give em a ring. I dont road race myself, but the suspension I built on my car handles pretty mean

EDIT : Yes, I do intend on putting togeather something for road racing soon, but not right yet... Still trying to get something I own into the 10s

well, I kept wanting a drag race set up, but then I sat down and really thought about it... I might drag race 4 or 5 times a year, but how many times am I on the road and some ****** in an import wants to go for a ride? So, since I happened upon all this "free" money, I decided to put it twoards what the car is going to be used for. One of these days, I am going to build a straight drag car. Probably an IROC body (just because they are so light), with a 383 stroked engine and all sorts of goodies. Nothing but a roll cage, racing seat, some gauges and a steering wheel on the inside. But this is a long way away, unless old boy gets excited and wants to pour some money into my favorite cause!

I have been doing research hard core these days, because I did all my research on my exhaust that is getting done in a few weeks, because this is about the time that it was going to happen. I thought I was going to have all sorts of time to figure out the other things since I didn't have the money to buy them.

If planning on a road race setup, the obvious choice is to call Sam Strano. He now carries a Watt's link also.

Yeah, I hear you, just breaking your *****. There nothing wrong with building a badass street car that can turn and go ***** to the wall in a straight line! Good luck with it!
