Emissions Free
Explanations: You can remove emissions from pretty much everything. As far as it being hard, this is how things get tricky. The removal of hard parts is easy as hell, but the removal of software is a different story. It can EASILY be done if you want to have a tuner do it, or if you have the stuff to tune your own. You can technically do it w/o having it tuned as well, you just unplug all the vacuum lines and cap off the solenoid (leave that plugged in), and for the AIR pump you just unplug it and remove all it's hoses. As far as a walk through, I'm sure there is for the hard stuff, but not for the tuning. If you do the latter method of just capping **** off, there really is no walk through needed unless you have no knowledge of how engines/cars work
If that's the case, just say so, and people will chime in with answers to your questions.www.shbox.com should have all the info you need to remove the vacuum lines and AIR stuff I mentioned.
If you want to actually remove the hard parts, such as the valve and steel tubing, you'll need an EGR Block off plate set, usually had for around $15. eBay has a bunch, as well as sponsors.
I say give it a try, if it pops codes, then you know it has to be tuned out
