ok quick question, whats the difference in 3D Forged 4340 steel and just Forged 4340 steel?

 

Lol, my friends stock 93 puts bus lengths on this other kid's bolt on 97

 

Meh.... lots of rumors about 93s being faster. Not necessarily a whole lot of fact behind it.
There's so much more to being "fast" than the production specs.

Also, the 93 rods were "pink" (not the color, but the design).
They are actually weaker than the powdered metal ones used in later LT1s.
I don't know who started the forged rumor, but I have a set of stockers right here on my workbench.
They're for sale if anyone wants them.

 

I'm calling B.S. on this one. Bus lenghts against a bolt on..not happening unless your buddy with the 97 can't drive worth a damn. What kinda bolt ons were done?

CAI, shorties, catback. Automatic. 93 was a 6spd

 

No way in hell a Z28 with those mods is getting beat by a stock motor. It being a Automatic means nothing either. If anything, the auto would pull the m6 from the dig!!

I'm just relating back to how my car was w/o headers and after.. I just can't see it happening but if you say so then.... If my car got beat by a bone stock LT1 I would drive it off a cliff.

Lol, yup I have. I think my buddy has one cause he beats bolt on LS1 all the time with just bolt on's himself.
