high idle ses light on/off

high idle ses light on/off well the yesterday i drove home got off the freeway and at the light the idle was fine then jumped to 1500 for 3 seconds then went down and the ses light came on, wtf? so i get on it a little not wot, and the light went off after about 45 seconds. then today i go to start it and it idles high and no ses, i cleaned the maf and electrical sensors and the idle is still high, i drive to the store and as i parked the ses light came back on. i came out the store the ses light was gone again, and didn't come back on the rest of the day. what could cause this?
