To sum it all up, they have the same issues as EVERY other company that makes headers, but these are way better quality compared to others, they won't rust and are stepped headers. Basically the best we can get. I have them (waiting for other parts before installed though) I've read the thread on them..

So the Mac mids and y-pipes and Pacesetter LT's have the same fitment issues huh?? These are awesome headers and I would have ran them if I didn't have the Macs on. You are incorrect though about "EVERY" other brand fitting the same and having the same install modifications you need to make like the LPP. Both installs of the Macs and Pacesetters went on with no modn'. Looks as if you need to brush up on other header set ups.

but some people do have to modify the pacesetters was his point. it depends on the car. some cars have flexed more than others causing fitment issues with any brand of headers you try to put on

No, his point was "EVERY" brand fits the same. Those were his exact words. LOL.

I wouldnt say every brand fits the same but EVERY brand does have fittment problems. There are at least 2 guys that posted problems With their brand new PS CC LTs hitting the steering coloum. Read the entire LPP thread most if not all the major brands have had someone with fittment issues.
Anyone knocking these is just pissed their headers will rust off within a few years and they didnt buy a set!! Or they paid way to much from another company.

He should have put "every brand of LT'S" have fitment issues then. Nobody knocked these...they are bad *** headers no doubt! Wish I had them over my Mac's for sure!

Alright...sorry i figured everyone knew i meant long tubes since lpp's only come in long tubes. EVERY brand has fitment issues on an lt1 out there (not every lt1, but they are out there). Everyones car is different. How many miles, power/torque, wrecks ect. will all slowly move things (frame) if you don't have control arms or anything to help stiffen it up, it will be torqued over time more likely than not. I guess i didn't specify well enough.

What I was trying to get across is that LPP makes good quality headers for good price, and ppl have had to modify to make fit right, but ppl also havn't had to. Just like EVERY other brand.

Like achotrod has been sayin, for the money the lpp is the best deal on headers right now. I most likely would of bought the LPP's had they been around last august I meant in my previous post that I lucked out and did not have to do any moding to install my pacesetters!!

Just so you guys know. I just talked with Carl and they are made in GA USA and are 321. The Kooks guys are making false accusations without any proof. Pretty BS if you ask me. They also say the LPPs are almost identical to their headers.
550 shipped or 1,400? = You decide

just installed my lpp headers. I have 90,000 bone stock miles. header touches woman side and man side k frame. a little grinding fixed that. knocked the corners off steering knuckle. other than that great product. and for less than half price for kooks stepped headers and y ill deal w a couple fittement issues.
