Dave-That was a fun race it was so close and any day that I can put an LS1 in the rear view is cool with me!

I'm using the crane spring kit. I made 333hp 318tq on a mustang dyno.

I've never driven in a car with the the 503 cam but I'd have to guess that the manners are similar. I drive in DC traffic everyday and I wouldnt want to drive my car as daily driver but I doubt that I'd want to drive any cammed car on a daily basis.

Update from 10/17-Capitol Raceway again

No new best ET but did go 115.79mph

1.79 60ft
12.14 1/4
115.79 mph

I couldnt find any consistancy in the 60' last night so I wasnt able to get that 11 second pass but I'm still working on it!

MIR is about an hour and a half so its a little tougher to make it there. I also dont have a trailer so if a breakage were to happen it would be costly ride home. But you are right about the quality of the track.

Thanks! I think that LT1's get a bad rap b/c people arent pushing them like they do with the LS1's.

Nothing better...I've run a bunch of 12.1's but I'm really fighting traction issues. I just put on a spohn torque arm so we'll see if that helps at all.

Great runs for stock heads! Now I wish I went with a bigger cam than the CC503.

Good luck with the 11s
