Nice video, still sounds kinda nasty through the 2otl though, I'd be suspicious if I were in the next lane.

vtec: it's looking like Novemberish. Send me a PM with more info on your car, engine and ECU package and I will see what I can do to help.

jasonisdn: Those skinny arms can get expensive , but the speed is free.

camar0corey: I went for the whole street intimidation thing a while back by basically running the track set up on the street. It didn't work. I got flexed on, revved at, and countless ricer fly attempts. I beat that *** of course, but still the nerve of some people . My favorite where the attempted flyby's. One time some poor kid in a turbo civic came flying up on me (caught em’ in my rearview), I waited till he was by my door then I dropped into 2nd from 5th. All of his foreword progress was instantly halted and the overwhelming shriek of 7,700 rpm was the last thing he heard. I only gave em 2nd gear and clutched in, but it was enough to put a few cars on him and totally undermine what ever story he was telling his girlfriend

FlamingChicken: The X-pipe is my own design. It's sort of crude looking, but prototypes are never perfect. I didn't know if there would be a market for such a system, but if there is enough interest I would not be opposed to a production version.

For the rest of you, who posted, thanks a lot! I am going to pay to advertise on this site reasonably soon. That way I can openly tell you guys about all of my projects and services. Today I am in CA adding to my list of credentials by becoming EFI Live certified, in addition to being a certified dyno tuner. So, you will see more of me in the future.

Did you have to do anything to the tune, when you put your exhaust back on? (between open headers, and full exhaust.)

Sounds killer

Quick96ss: I ended up running pro gears in the 12 bolt. The standard ring and pinioins just can't take the shock.

flyinZ: No, no adjutments to the tune. The VE would change due to the change in back pressure, but it would only be a few percent. Not enough to be worth messing with. If the tune was all jacked up, then it may be different, but my tables are close enough that the corrections are less than 3%.

Jditlfm: I have the stock opti spark. I have never taken it appart. I run a stock coil and MSD cut to fit wires.
