Default Clutch disc still good?

Is there a way to tell if a clutch disc is still good? I just pulled this out of a 74,000 mile engine/tranny. I don't know if this was original or not. Thinking not. I got the motorset from a reputable place.

Well first you would need to know how thick the disc was from the manufacturer. Then they could also tell you how much wear you can expect, usually around .030-.040". Use a set of mics to determine if you have life left on the disc. I would say after 70,000 miles the disc is probobly shot. Also better to replace while you have it out anyway.
