Spec 3+ = Crap!

i have had three spec clutches now and all of them bit the dust fast. i got on here and posted about it and was told to look for the oil galley plug to make sure it hasnt been bumped. when i pulled the tranny, i looked into the hole behind the pilot bearing to find that the oil galley plug was completely sideways. (the source of my terrible oil leak). i matched the plug with a freeze plug and installed it with a little rtv using a socket to get it flush with the back of the crank. well i was given a centerforce dual friction that already had 8k miles on it. i put everything back together and not a problem at all. check the bottom of your tranny to see if you maybe have oil or another fluid leaking. if so you probly have a bad seal or maybe the oil galley plug has wiggled itself sideways like mine.
are you using the shim. if not it may have been making the clutch drag even when disengaged.

As far as my driving goes, I'm the guy who jerks peoples heads around because I don't slip my clutch like its a damn honda.
