Wouldnt a clutch for a LT1 be the same as a LS1? Dont they both use the t56?

Sounds good man! Keep us posted, we've all had to deal with the "wife clause"

I apologize for the delay.

The things I've had him done will take him approx. 3 weeks to get done (according to him) so, I'll be more prepared by then.

Kind of digging up an older thread. How much less does the billet flywheel weigh from the one you offer with the package? Wouldn't a lighter flywheel get the car mover faster...

The clutch that we offer is the same weight as stock. We found in our testing that the car is easier to drive, gets better 60ft's, and the units last longer with the stock weight setup. We can get a lighter unit for someone that wants one, however, we don't offer them with the base packages.

If you have anymore questions you can give us a shout at the shop!

And guys, since I know first hand about Monster's customer service, you will find none better!! Give you guys a long but quick story on how my clutch purchase turned out:

Looking for a clutch to hold 900HP (give or take) and was pretty much sold on teh Mcleod Street Twin. I thought I would browse the site one last time before I spent the BIG money on the Mcleod. Well, SNLPerformance sends me a Pm saying why he thinks his Monster should be my clutch of choice. So, I listen. After he ws done explaining why their clutch would be better suited, and the fact that it has a 12 month warranty on it, I jumped in with both feet! When I told him that my car would not be done for 4 or 5 more months, he just shook his head, and said no problem. Give me a call when youget it installed, and we will start your warranty from there. Now, you tell me a company that is gonna warranty a race part for 12 months regardless of what you do to it? I mean, this clutch is gonna see 6-7K RPM clutch dumps on slicks behind a motor that is making 900HP. When I asked him how he could afford to warranty that, he shook his head again and laughed, and said..."it's not gonna be my clutch you break!!!" So, the man has confidence inhis product, and I like that. He always returned my calls, my PM's (Pm's a little slower to get to, but the man is in the shop working not playing around on his computer ) so that is a good thing. As soon as this car hits teh track in a few months, I will let you guys know how this clutch holds out. And if it is ANYTHING like the customer support I have received up to this point, I will be more than happy, I can tell you that!
