Opinions on Clutches!!!!!!
Opinions on Clutches!!!!!! I will soon be purchasing a new clutch as my stock one is finally gone after 65,000 miles of abuse. I have been researching them for quite some time now and still can't decide. I have narrowed it down to the Cartek clutch, the Ram VDS w/910, and the spec stage 3 with the kevelar disc. My car is cammed with all bolt ons. I also have a 12 bolt with a complete bmr rear suspension. Any input will be very helpfull. Thanks in advance Jessie

Yes, just like stock.
And, I can let the clutch out without my foot on the gas, no stutter, just goes.
No chatter at all!!
Now I need to put the obligatory 4-500 miles on the clutch and let it rip.

I'm on my 4th clutch folks, and I think this one is a real winner so far!

Re: Opinions on Clutches!!!!!! im looking at getting a new clutch for my 99. someone is selling a RAM 6130 clutch and RAM 402 pressure plate new. are they any good? i keep reading stuff about the expensive clutches but i dont have that type of money. my engine is basically stock so i dont need anything special.

i'm very happy with my spec s4 ceramic no springs... i drive my car every day and race it every other friday (when its not broken) and it has yet to break, slip, act up so far with allmost 20k miles and over 800# of torque going to it. oh yea no bother spending another 200 for a master just so it will work either.
i like my spec
i would skip everything and go right to the s4 ceramic.
