Default STOCK Z28: optimum shift points?

whaat is the best rpm to shift at when completely stock? im heading up to the track soon, so i was just wondering. right now i shift around 5800 or so and it feels about right.

Shift as close to the 6250 redline as you can without hitting the rev-limiter. This always netted me my best mph when my car was stock/bolton.

For me 5800 in first, about 6000 in second and third otherwise I hit the limiter.
