Default best way to bleed with a bleeder extension

So I bought a LPP bleeder. I'm about to put in a fidanza flywheel, fidanza clutch, tick adj master, and new gm slave. What's the best way to bleed the hydraulics with the extension? I think I have to "bench bleed" the master first, what am I supposed to do after?

Default

bench bleed the master, then install it.

bleed the whole system. push clutch in, release bleeder, close bleeder, bring clutch pedal up....repeat untill firm.

i guess i'm not sure what your question is.
