You make a high rpm shift like above 5k we will say I can feel vibration in the clutch when I press it down. It never did that with my LT1 so I am wondering if they all feel like that or if its time for a new clutch.

anybody? Its a pretty decent vibration, I can feel the motor turning through the clutch

 

I dont feel that with mine. What kind of clutch do you have? Does sound odd though.

 

If it's pretty decent, you might have problems with the flywheel surface or the clutch disc. Could be out of balance, could be worn, who knows. It's not real hard to pull the transmission to look at it. I watched a friend pull his tranny in 20 minutes at the track when he lost his clutch, while his car was up on a set of tires as jack stands.

 

Its a stock clutch and all. I might just buy a new one :S
