Default t56 swap using m6 tranny/engine harness (wiring questions)

im using the m6 engine and tranny harness. i have read the write ups and there all dealing with reusing the a4 tranny harness. my question is dont i need to just connect yellow and brown 12 gauge wires to make the car start? also what do i need to do for the vss since im using the m6 tranny harness. be nice to me guys im a wiring newb

The VSS stays the same.
What Yellow and Brown Wires are you talking about, ones for the N/S Switch?

Someone else will be able to help you with that, I converted my Auto Harness for my swap.

Those are inside the car. They were apart of the wiring that went into the shifter assembly. If you want to bypass having to press the clutch pedal to start the car then just connect those wires. If you want to press the clutch to start the car (like stock) then just get the saftey switch that goes on your clutch pedal and run the wires to it.
