Default need some help

Hi , my buddy have a 2002 camaro manual 6 speed , when the car is switched on , he pressing the clutch he can't shift any gears , when the car is switched off he can shift all gears , what is that problem ? do u think from disk ? if he changed the disk the problem will solve ? , please guys explain for me

It sounds like the clutch is not releasing. You can confirm by holding the clutch pedal down and revving the engine to 6K. The car shouldn't move. If it does, the clutch hydraulic system needs attention.

The first thing to do is check the clutch fluid level and bleed the system. Then see how it works.

yes it's not releasing , he checked the fluid level all oil black as burned , when the car is switched off he shift to any gears then he switched on the car he can walk around and lauanching in one gear only he can't shift

Definately a clutch or hydraulic issue .
