Throw out bearing

I need a new throw out bearing for my t-56, should I go for the mcleod unit or stay with the gm throw out bearing. Have already installed the Mcleod master cylinder.

There must be some one that has tried both of these trowout bearings and can tell me if the Mcleod unit is much better match to the Mcleod master.
