ARP torque

Hi guys

tomorrow i'll install my new clutch

Spec 3 with Mcleod Master cylinder and ARP blots for Flywheel and pressure plate , so all what i need how much should i torque the flywheel and pressure plate bolts ? please guys i want the answer as soon as possible

Flywheel- In a criss cross pattern tighten all the bolts snug, then do a pass of 37 ft/lbs, and a final pass of 74 ft/lbs make sure to use loc tite.
Pressure plate- 52 lb ft
