Hi, i'm a new user here and i was wondering if someone would be able to tell me the problem with my 98 6 speed trans am. It has a star spec stage III clutch w/ aluminum flywheel. As of now i cannot shift it into any gears. i can force it into gears but it takes alot of effort. The problem seemed to keep getting worse and worse. The clutch doesnt really slip. The problem started off by me trying to shift it into gears and it would just grind even though i had the clutch fully pressed in. Anyone know what this problem could be?

 

I would say your hydraulics are either bad or weak. Get yourself an adjustable master cylinder and a new slave cylinder. RAM and MCLOUD both make the adjustable masters.
