Default CTS-V T56 into RX7 3 bolt flange?

I've installed a ls6 from the ctsv into a 2nd gen rx-7. I'm trying to install the T56 from the ctsv. Usually people use the F-body trans because it fits but I have this one so I'm going to try to make it work. The transmission has a 3 bolt flange for the driveshaft. Usually people use the c4 vette driveshaft with a slip yoke but obviously I cant. Is there a name or part number for this flange so I can have a custom shaft made? I pulled the flange off to see if it could accept a slip yoke but it has 28 spline instead of 27. Do you guys know where I could go to have this made?

There is a roller bearing in the back instead of a bushing so it is not designed to accept a slip yoke of any kind. Why not alter the CTS-V shaft? It has a mid-slip joint but you should be able to alter it to work.
