Default after doing m6 swap...
im just about finished with the swap and im to the point where i get to see if i need a shim or not. i havent gotten my pcm tuned for a 6spd yet. is it ok to start the car on an auto tune? will it hurt anything. its in a 98 trans am. thanks for the input.

Nah, it is OK. Now, it might not run. It might run like a raped ape. It might run exactly the same. Every car is different. Oh yea, it MIGHT run fine for a few miles, and THEN run like crap. Alot of different scenarios, but you are not gonna mess anything up.
