C5 Trans issue

C5 Trans issue I can't get the car into any gear, not even reverse. Happened when I dropped it into 4th, heard a loud grind and it popped out of gear. Did I break the shifter fork? Anyone have this happen to them? It is a '02 Z06.

Hmm... Any ideas where to start before I drop the drive train? I had just bled 2 pints of Motul 600 dot 4 brake fluid through the system the day before. The help is greatly appreciated.
