I've got a LT1 T-56 and 2nd has been popping out and only goes in low rpms. Its been doing this ever since I when to the track. It would pop out a few times before but now its tough. All other gears go in fine. I get the wall and or grind. Is it the trans or slave/master?

Also I've got a pro 5.0 should the stops be screwed in, I seem to be right on the stop when going into 2nd. Should it be in farther? I bought it used like 2 yrs ago and left it how it was set. Thx
