A4 to M6 swap questions...

A4 to M6 swap questions... I have a 99 TA that was originally an A4 but I converted to a TH400 (still have my A4 PCM and wiring harness) and Im swapping a buddy for his 99 M6.
My questions:
1. If want to keep my own PCM, can I use HPTuners to make it work with the T56 or will it need to be flashed at a GM dealership?
2. Will it be easier for me to use his M6 engine wiring harness with my A4 PCM?
3. Will he be able to use my A4 engine wiring harness with his M6 PCM if he will have a TH400 anyway?
