What is the highest rpm the LS1 can handle?

What is the highest rpm the LS1 can handle? Just wondering what it was, wanting to know if I am shifting at the right place, I want to adjust the rev limiter soon, just curious

Re: What is the highest rpm the LS1 can handle? I think stock rods are good to 6500RPM. You can still go over that, but don't push it too far. I wouldn't go over 6700RPM.
