99camaro t56 fit in a 98 corvette

will a 6 speed tranny from 99 camaro SS fit in a 98 corvette? corvette is also manuel ,will it just bolt right up and work the same?????

No, the c5 vette trans does not bolt up to the engine like the f-bodys & is a totally different kind of trans, located between the rear wheels.
