why is it?
why is it? when i hold the clutch pedal to the floor and rip it to the next gear (why rolling at the appropriate speed) that it grinds gears, but when im driving normal it doesnt. the reason why im saying when i hold the pedal to the floor is to eliminate hydraulics as the cause cuz if i've held the pedal down for lets say 5 seconds the fluid has moved and through the master to the slave. so it should be fully released and ready to shift. now if im driving it and im shifting moderetly fast it doesnt do this all the time. but it does it into 2nd, 3rd, 4th and occasionally 5th. i bought the tranny being told that 3rd occasionally grinds. im running an ls7 clutch, i've used 3 master cylinders, did the drill mod, used a shim, and made my master adjustable. any input is appreciated. if i left anything out feel free to ask and ill let ya know. thanks

If its never been into, the 3/4 fork wear is the cause of the 3rd clash issue. The other shift concerns sound like all the synchros are tired. Heavy use and/ or incorrect fluid can cause these concerns. I would say a rebuild is called for.
another thing we jacked up the rear. and with the clutch held in and u rev the motor let it come back down. and put it in gear i get a lil tire spin. and occasionally its hard to pull out of gear
